This workshop will empower your leaders to understand and overcome the things that are getting in the way of them embracing change, so that they are better equipped to lead others through change.

Hi there, my name is Cassandra Goodman.

When it comes to being an authentic, inspiring leader, success or failure is largely an inside job.

Our capacity to lead others through change, largely depends on our capacity to lead ourselves.

I empower big-hearted leaders to level-up the inner game of authentic leadership.

Leaders are struggling

Do any of these comments sound familiar?

"People just need to get on the bus or off the bus - I just don’t have the energy to deal with other people’s dramas.”

“I never feel top of things, I'm in a constant state of overwhelm - so this upcoming change is in the too-hard-basket for me!"

"I'm close to breaking point. If someone puts one more thing on my plate, I might lose it."

“I'm so sick of hearing how exhausted everyone is – what about me?”

“I’m just trying to keep my head above water, so I can only do the bare minimum when it comes to supporting this upcoming change.”

It’s clear that leaders need to feel more supported and empowered - especially during times of change.

Imagine if...

Your leaders:

  • Felt empowered and supported through change
  • Had more capacity and patience to support others
  • Were taking better care of themselves
  • Trusted in their ability to do hard things
  • Were more curious, collaborative and creative
  • Could dig deeper in moments that matter

"I encourage any leader who needs to reconnect with their true self to consider reaching out to Cassie."

Debbie Ewington

"I recently attended Cassie's workshop which was a life changer. Being in the corporate world, I always feel I have to change to try and fit in. In this workshop we learned that the opposite is in fact true, we need to be our authentic selves."

Uplift performance, wellbeing and belonging

Your leaders will learn evidence-based self-leadership practices that shift mindset, beliefs and inner-dialogue around change.

Over time, these practices have the potential to transform leaders relationships with themselves and all others.

Benefits for your leaders include:

  • Greater levels of trust - in themselves and others
  • Greater levels of respect - for themselves and others
  • More capacity to dig deeper to navigate challenging conversations
  • Heightened capacity to stay open and curious when it matters most
  • Ability to embrace all aspects of themselves, giving others permission to do the same
  • Capacity to take good care of themselves, and recover after set-backs

Lasting change begins with new insights. My workshops create brave spaces for leaders to pause, reflect, and connect.

Your leaders will leave equipped with practical, easy-to-remember tools they can call on to embrace change and lead their teams to a better future.

Stories are at the heart of how we learn, connect and grow. This workshop harnesses the power of storytelling to uplift, inspire and teach.

"Cassie, your support has made a profound difference to my leadership. I have found that the courage to speak from my heart and the confidence to be myself has allowed our team to be confident in their own selves. More leaders need to learn this!"

When we connect, we uplift

By empowering leaders to reconnect to who they really are, we uplift. It becomes possible to co-create work spaces where people can thrive, play, perform and belong.
